On March 8, 2024, International Women’s Day, our team at the Ghaziabad branch convened to brainstorm, a meeting, a meaningful initiative. One of our bright young female team members proposed the idea of celebrating the day by giving back to all our female loan beneficiaries. The team unanimously agreed, aiming to offer gifts that would ease some financial burdens and empower these women, tapping into their hidden potential.
After careful deliberation, the team finalized a list of gifts and scheduled the initiative for March 16, 2024, which includes inspiring books for women entrepreneurs in Hindi, diaries, cooking utensils, etc. With great care, they packed each gift in the branch with personalized handwritten notes.
On March 14, 2024, our team reached out to all the female loan beneficiaries, informing them about the initiative and inviting them to the branch on March 16 to receive their gifts. On the appointed day, all the women beneficiaries arrived, and our team presented them with the gifts. Their joy and gratitude were palpable, as they expressed appreciation for the gifts and our efforts for making positive changes in their lives.
We thanked them for their courage in taking the initiative to access loans and embark on their journeys, contributing to the growth and development of themselves, their loved ones, and the nation as a whole.
