He began his distinguished career with the Central Bank of India, where he served for over three decades, ultimately rising to the position of General Manager (1971–2003). His deep banking knowledge laid the foundation for his advisory and leadership roles in the financial sector. His vision of bringing credit to the underserved led to the formation of EZ Capital.

Mr. Katoch’s career spans leadership roles across some of India’s most respected financial institutions, including HDFC Bank, Reliance Capital, and Brickwork Ratings. Prior to joining EZ Capital, he served as CEO of Brickworks Analytics Pvt. Ltd., where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and scaling its operations effectively.
Known for his deep understanding of financial markets and a proven ability to deliver results, Mr. Katoch has consistently built and optimized high-performance teams—particularly in sales, marketing, and risk functions. Honoured with the “May Day Award” in 1987 by the Zambia Federation of Employers for dedication to the development of chemistry in the Zambian mining industry. Completed a B.Sc. in 1962 from Lucknow University, India, with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. Passed the Post Graduate Diploma in Spectroscopy with distinction (Order of Merit First) from Banaras Hindu University, India, in 1966. Cleared the AIC Examination (M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry) conducted by The Institution of Chemists, India, in 1971.

Sonal is a graduate in commerce from Bombay University, a Post Graduate in Finance from Lala Lajpat Rai College, Mumbai Univ. and an CA Intermediate. Having managed key responsibilities of project finance, cash settlements, investor relations and financial feasibility of potential business centres across locations, Sonal brings deep insights and knowledge combined with process discipline.
At present she assists a family owned business setting up education centres in Mumbai and Pune in achieving their expansion goals. Her responsibilities include structuring, executing and quarterly reporting of centres across the above locations. Sonal also collaborates with multiple channel partners to structure solutions for investors.

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage sector, Mr. Amit Ranjan is a results-driven COO specializing in retail business setup, channel management, and digital transformation at a PAN-India scale within the lending domain (MSME LAP & Home Loan). For the past 14 years, he has held leadership roles focused on building businesses and companies from the ground up.
Mr. Ranjan’s career includes key positions at leading institutions such as HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Deutsche Bank. He has also played a crucial role in developing extensive retail networks across India for Karvy Financial, Save Financial, and CSL Finance Ltd. He holds a Senior Management One-Year Executive Program certificate from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, and is an alumnus of Delhi University
An MBA with over 20 years of experience in retail mortgage (home loans and LAP), credit and risk appraisals, and business development, Mr. Rajev Adlakha brings a strategic edge to his role as CRO. His career spans key positions at Citi Bank, GE Money, and India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd., where his last assignment involved managing Middle East and GCC operations from Dubai.

As Deputy CTO, he will spearhead IT strategy, budgeting, and compliance functions, while overseeing and mentoring the Information Technology team. Mr. Dishant Khanna, aged 24 years, is a qualified company secretary and also holds degree in Bachelor of Commerce from G.N.D University College, Jalandhar. Before joining EZ Capital, he worked with Birla Sun Life Insurance and several NBFCs and MFIs, including Bharat Finance (BFIL), Fusion Microfinance, Saija Finance, SAVE Group (MSME, LAP, MFI), and Prayatna Microfinance.
