Mr. Vijay Kumar Bhandari was a seasoned financial leader with over five decades of experience in banking, finance, and corporate governance. He began his distinguished career with the Central Bank of India, where he served for over three decades, ultimately rising to the position of General Manager (1971–2003). His deep banking knowledge laid the foundation for his advisory and leadership roles in the financial sector. His vision of bringing credit to the underserved led to the formation of EZ Capital.

As CEO, he leads the organization with a sharp focus on operational efficiency, market expansion, and customer-centric innovation.
Mr. Katoch’s career spans leadership roles across some of India’s most respected financial institutions, including HDFC Bank, Reliance Capital, and Brickwork Ratings. Prior to joining EZ Capital, he served as CEO of Brickworks Analytics Pvt. Ltd., where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and scaling its operations effectively.
Known for his deep understanding of financial markets and a proven ability to deliver results, Mr. Katoch has consistently built and optimized high-performance teams—particularly in sales, marketing, and risk functions. His leadership blends vision with execution, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Honoured with the “May Day Award” in 1987 by the Zambia Federation of Employers for dedication to the development of chemistry in the Zambian mining industry. Completed a B.Sc. in 1962 from Lucknow University, India, with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. Passed the Post Graduate Diploma in Spectroscopy with distinction (Order of Merit First) from Banaras Hindu University, India, in 1966. Cleared the AIC Examination (M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry) conducted by The Institution of Chemists, India, in 1971.
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce (Hons) graduate, with over two decades of experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant since 2000. Brings extensive expertise in taxation, finance, and audit. Serves as a member of the Internal Standard Board of ICAI and is a founder member of the Chartered Accountant Association, currently holding the position of General Secretary. Has served as Chairman of the Jalandhar Branch of ICAI three times and as Secretary five times, in 2002, 2004, 2005, 2008, and 2012. Recognized as Best Chairman and Best Secretary by the Northern India Regional Council of ICAI and awarded for commendable contribution to the profession in 2013. Actively dedicated to the advancement of the CA profession and has organized more than 500 seminars and conferences.

Retired in 2011, he holds a B.Sc., M.A. (Economics), MBA (Finance), CFA certification, and CAIIB qualification. Since retirement, he has been associated with several banking and management institutes in Noida as a visiting faculty member, sharing his expertise in banking and finance.
With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage sector, Mr. Amit Ranjan is a results-driven COO specializing in retail business setup, channel management, and digital transformation at a PAN-India scale within the lending domain (MSME LAP & Home Loan). For the past 14 years, he has held leadership roles focused on building businesses and companies from the ground up.
Mr. Ranjan’s career includes key positions at leading institutions such as HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Deutsche Bank. He has also played a crucial role in developing extensive retail networks across India for Karvy Financial, Save Financial, and CSL Finance Ltd. He holds a Senior Management One-Year Executive Program certificate from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, and is an alumnus of Delhi University
An MBA with over 20 years of experience in retail mortgage (home loans and LAP), credit and risk appraisals, and business development, Mr. Rajev Adlakha brings a strategic edge to his role as CRO. His career spans key positions at Citi Bank, GE Money, and India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd., where his last assignment involved managing Middle East and GCC operations from Dubai.
Mr. Adlakha’s deep expertise in risk management and business growth underscores his ability to navigate complex markets and drive sustainable performance across diverse geographies.
With over 10 years of experience, CA Karan Jairath specializes in business planning, analytics, investor relations, credit underwriting, internal controls, and fund and risk management. He has played key roles at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and Grow Money Capital Private Limited, supporting financial strategy and strengthening governance frameworks.A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), He brings expertise in loan portfolio management, financial structuring, and regulatory compliance. He began his career leading bank and internal audits at a reputed CA firm, gaining deep insights into financial controls.
With over 15 years of experience in the housing industry, Mr. Amit Vij brings a strong command of business development, planning and execution, and operations management. Isha Marwaha is a Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in financial services, credit products, and NBFC operations. As the Head of Product at EZ Capital, she leads the design and development of innovative lending solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs, compliance frameworks, and business objectives.
She began her career with Varthana Finance, where she played a foundational role in establishing and expanding operations across North India, demonstrating a deep understanding of the affordable finance segment. Her ability to blend financial acumen with strategic execution has made her a key driver of EZ Capital’s product success—particularly in secured lending and co-lending verticals.

Mr. Dishant Khanna, aged 24 years, is a qualified company secretary and also holds degree in Bachelor of Commerce from G.N.D University College, Jalandhar. He is a qualified professional with significant expertise in Corporate Secretarial Practices, Listed Compliances, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations, and compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. In addition, he has valuable experience in handling legal matters and providing strategic advice to the legal department of the Company.
A PMP-certified MBA in Systems and an ISO 27002-certified IT security professional, Sanjeev Deshpande brings over 25 years of experience, including 20 years focused on the NBFC sector. He spent 17 years with ORIX Financial Services Ltd., along with significant roles at SRF Finance, Pooja Finance, GE Capital, and Abhiyan Capital Service Pvt. Ltd.
With over 8 years of experience, Pranav Narang has served as Legal and Technical Head at organizations including Shubham Housing, Umeed Housing, Dewan Housing, Ambit Finvest, and Janasha Finance.
With over 16 years of experience in the HR domain, Mr. Awaneesh Singh has contributed significantly to various NBFCs, MFIs, and small finance banks. Before joining EZ Capital, he worked with Birla Sun Life Insurance and several NBFCs and MFIs, including Bharat Finance (BFIL), Fusion Microfinance, Saija Finance, SAVE Group (MSME, LAP, MFI), and Prayatna Microfinance.
