4. Who is eligible for EZ Premium?
Eligible applicants include:
- Salaried individuals (with banked or cash salaries)

Yes.
- Cash income is accepted with proper documentation and field validation.
- Income clubbing allowed for up to 4 members, including spouse, parents, or adult children.
12. What are the business or employment vintage requirements?

- Bank salaried: At least 1 year of banked salary, 2 years work experience

- Signed affidavit promising to submit original property documents within 20 days
- EZ Capital legal team will assist in safely collecting documents
16. What is considered an obligation in eligibility calculations?

17. Is insurance mandatory?
Yes. Loan protection insurance is mandatory for the full tenure of the loan. Exemptions can only be approved by BH/COO/CEO on a case-by-case basis.
